Edmonton, Festival City of Canada

Edmonton, the capital of Alberta, is well known tourist centers in Canada. It is known for its scenic river valley views and a thriving music and art community. It is settled 294 km north of Calgary and is famous for featuring North America's largest shopping and entertainment complex, West Edmonton Mall. Edmonton for several reasons is known as Canada’s Festival city. Every year, Edmonton hosts thirty festivals.

No matter at what time of the year you visit, you can rock and roll in the summertime blitz of music, theatre, and culture festivals, be a part of the Canadian Finals Rodeo in the fall, and freeze in the Birkebeiner ski festival in the winter. The celebrations in Edmonton never cease.
